Hi, this is Laura, a passionate, certified yoga teacher and this is my contribution to the world

I love practicing and teaching yoga. I think that everybody should practice it. Yes! You too. At least try some classes to give yourself a chance!

Why? 

Yoga is a practice of love towards yourself and towards the world. 

It teaches us to see ourselves clearly as it is a meditative process of self-discovery.

Our modern world disconnects us from our inner world, from ourselves. It pushes us to be extroverted, to look for happiness, joy, and success outside, but no one teaches us to look for those blessings inside. We need to go to our inner self too, and look for what we are and not for what we do.  

 Yoga is a collection of practices that aims to control the mind.

It helps us become aware of our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and to change them when they do no longer serve us. 

It is not an exercise fitness practice, but a philosophy of life.

‘Yoga allows you to achieve a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit the broken pieces  together. Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life. Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known existed.’
