Hatha Yoga
It is a mix of Hatha Yoga and slow-pace Vinyasa where proper alignment, breath and inner awareness are the key focus. Blocks, straps, and bolsters can be used to support the body and assist practitioners.
A slow pace allows:
- the practitioner to pay attention and explore their own body.
- the practitioner to stay in each pose longer finding stillness within the body.
- the teacher to provide specific cues and adjustments to help students align their bodies correctly and safely.
